Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between you and a therapist to provide support, help you better understand your feelings and behaviors, and guide you to make important changes in your life.
As a psychotherapist, I believe that it is a privilege to be invited into your life and help guide you in the process of healing and creating lasting change. I recognize there is no one-size fits-all for therapy and I tailor my treatment to reflect the unique experiences and perspectives that each patient brings to the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a non-judgmental, warm and productive space for my patients. My work is influenced by interpersonal therapy, insight-oriented therapy, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
